No upfront machine or installation costs

For strata communal laundries on the Central Coast, Smarta Laundries provides washing machines and dryers with no upfront equipment or installation costs to the owners corporation. Residents pay per use, and we cover machine repair costs. Profit sharing and credit card tap-and-go may be available depending on building size. Utilities and other building responsibilities are agreed separately.
